An Innovative Electronics Manufacturer based in Warwickshire are looking for a Production Manager with a manufacturing background to join the team. As Production Manager you will lead the production and testing of power-electronics systems, ensuring every unit meets specification, follows defined processes, and is fully documented. Alongside hands-on assembly and test work, you'll manage a small team of technicians, introduce and refine production processes, plan and communicate build schedules, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities of the Production Manager will include:
- Wiring & Loom Assembly - assembling wiring looms, crimping, and ensuring high-quality electrical connections
