One of the leading industrial door manufacturers has an exciting new opportunity for an Estimator to join the business. They are offering an impressive salary package up to £38k basic with a 10% bonus and many other benefits. This role will be based in Sheffield on a hybrid basis so you must be within commutable distance of Sheffield.
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate estimating processes, ensuring all quotations are prepared to a high standard and submitted within required deadlines to tendering contractors. You will work closely with Business Development Managers, providing essential support to maximise opportunities and deliver competitive, high-quality quotations.
Key responsibilities of the Estimator:- Reviewing and evaluating tender enquiries, producing detailed and compliant quotations within the company CRM system.
- Interpreting project requirements through analysis of architects' drawings, elevations, schedules, and NBS specifications, using your technical knowledge to recommend the most suitable product solutions.
- Ensuring all pricing aligns with approved discount structures, optimising profitability and contribution margins.
- Converting successful quotations into orders within the system, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded to support a smooth handover to the Operations team.
