We are looking for a proactive Procurement/Buyer to work with a growing manufacturing business in Kineton. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll be right at the heart of keeping production running smoothly - from placing purchase orders to working closely with suppliers and managing stock.

What you'll be doing:

  • Placing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve lead-time issues and improve supply performance
  • Conducting basic inbound quality checks and managing non-conformance reports
  • Booking in parts, managing stock levels, and kitting to BOM/drawings for production and spares
  • Coordinating with accounts and organising ex-works shipments
  • Transporting materials between suppliers and our base when needed
  • Monitoring material KPIs and generating demand plans
  • Identifying and delivering supplier cost-saving opportunities
