Our client is a thriving UK door company and multinational manufacturer specialising in automatic and industrial door solutions. They work across a diverse portfolio of environments, including FM-managed contracts, medical facilities, and high-security premises, delivering reliable service, maintenance, and installation support nationwide.

They are now looking for an experienced Door Engineer based in the Oxford, Milton Keynes, Reading, Basingstoke, Guildford, or Southampton areas. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with experience in automatic, swing, sliding, and industrial door products, offering a realistic OTE of £70,000+ through excellent overtime and earning potential.

This Door Engineer role requires service, maintenance, and/or installation experience with:

  • Automatic swing, sliding, or revolving doors (beneficial)
  • Roller shutters, dock levellers, sectional doors, fast-action doors, or overhead entrance systems (essential)
  • Electrical fault finding
  • EN16005, BS7036, IPAF, CSCS, PASMA or relevant engineering qualification

In return, the successful Door Engineer will receive an excellent benefits package, including:

  • Up to £42,000 basic salary - OTE £70,000+
  • 40-hour basic working week, with overtime available
  • Holiday allowance increasing with length of service
  • £150 standby fee plus premium overtime rates
