They offer exceptional training and development, fabulous career opportunities with an impressive salary package with an OTE of circa £40k, Bonus Scheme, Company Pension Scheme, Retail discounts and medical cover, Life Cover, 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays, and much more Responsibilities of the Workshop Engineer: Servicing and repair of material handling equipment. Ordering of parts as efficiently as possible & ensuring all stock levels/movement records are accurate & correct Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately & within the stipulated time period & with the relevant order numbers Manage own work-in-progress Maintain a safe working environment & work in a safe manner Report any unsafe practices or potential hazards immediately To maintain familiarisation with policies & procedures & adhere to these. E.g. IT Policy, absence policy, etc. Attend training courses to maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment Requirements of the Workshop Engineer: NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance, Plant or similar is essential Served full apprenticeship Agricultural Engineers and Plant Fitters and FLT Engineers, workshop engineers or Field Service Engineers Technical experience in Engines, Electrics, Hydraulics and Diagnostics is compulsory. Salary and Benefits Impressive salary package with OTE circa to £40k+ Overtime available over a standard 40-hour week paid at time and a half.
