Our client, a well-established and growing lift engineering business, is seeking a Service Supervisor to join their North West operation.

Working from a busy Manchester office, you'll oversee a team of service engineers across the region, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality maintenance and repair service while building strong relationships with customers and supporting the continued growth of the department.

The Role
- Lead and support a team of lift service engineers across the North West.
- Manage maintenance, breakdown, and repair activities within a busy service operation.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

- Support operational performance and service delivery targets.

About You
