Responsibilities of a Senior Door Engineer:
- Reporting to the Doors and Security Manager
- Control of the maintenance, service, and repairs of automatic swing and sliding automated entrance systems as well as industrial doors within a local postcode area
- Managing your own work in progress and ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately
- Communicating with your line manager about any issues the area is experiencing
- Attending regular training courses and management meetings
- Being an active team player sustaining the company's fantastic reputation and future growth
Essential Requirements of a successful Senior Door Engineer:
- EN16005, IPAF, PASMA
- Previous practical experience working on swing, sliding entrance systems and industrial door systems
- Confident in your product knowledge and able to offer advice to others quickly when required
- Electrical, welding or hydraulics experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Working to deadlines and time management
- Problem solving
Salary and Benefits for a Senior Door Engineer:
- Attractive starting salary package of £55,500 basic OTE circa £65k+ in your first year
