A highly reputable and well-respected manufacturer of high-quality industrial doors, including roller shutters, sectional doors, dock levellers, and automatic entrance systems, is looking for an Industrial Door Engineer to cover the North West, including Manchester, Liverpool, and Bolton.

The company is growing rapidly and continues to invest in both its business and its employees, offering a fantastic basic salary of £40,000, excellent overtime rates, and a brand-new company van equipped with the latest technology to support its ever-growing team.

As an Industrial Door Engineer, you will be visiting a variety of well-known distribution centres, retail outlets, and other exciting customer sites, carrying out installation, service, maintenance, and repair work on a wide range of industrial door and loading bay equipment. To be considered for this Industrial Door Engineer role you will have:

  • Practical experience with dock levellers, dock shelters, and loading bay equipment, including roller shutters, high-speed doors, overhead doors, sectional doors, rapid roll doors, gates and barriers, or automatic doors.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience identifying and recommending additional remedial works on site.
  • Installation experience.
  • Electrical, welding, or hydraulic experience.

In return, an Industrial Door Engineer will receive:

  • £18-£20 per hour (£60,000+ OTE)
  • Time and a half after 40 hours worked each week.
