Key Responsibilities of Coffee Machine Technical Trainer
Deliver technical training programmes to service engineers
Support the onboarding and development of new engineers
Create and maintain training materials and technical documentation
Provide hands-on coaching and field-based support
Introduce and train engineers on new products and technologies
Work closely with service managers to identify training needs and skill gaps
Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives
Promote best practice, service excellence, and technical standards throughout the organisation
Requirements of Coffee Machine Technical Trainer
Experience working on commercial coffee machines ideally bean to cup background, but traditional coffee machine background candidates will also be considered. xiskglj
A strong engineering or field service background
Previous training, coaching, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The ability to engage and inspire engineers at all levels
A full UK driving licence
