A leading, growing Material Handling company has a newly created Forklift Engineer opportunity to join the business. They are proud of their achievements and due to expanding their team further, they would now like to appoint a Forklift Engineer to cover Croydon. This business offers an attractive salary, a fantastic benefits package including door-to-door payments, a company and annual and monthly attendance bonuses.
Responsibilities of the Forklift Engineer:
- Servicing and repair of trucks as directed by the Service Manager.
- Diagnosing the exact nature of each query and repair with a friendly, efficient, 'can-do' attitude.
- Completing a report for each job on a PDA system.
- Driving to client locations.
Requirements of the role:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plant, Maintenance or Vehicle - Preferably Apprentice trained.
- Experienced Forklift Engineer.
- Background on either Electric, Hybrid or Mechanical Trucks.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Good at managing own workload and able to cope with pressure.
- Present a professional image.
- Good team player.
In return, the Forklift Engineer will be offered the following package:
- Competitive salary of £27,000 - £43,000.
