Our progression opportunities start from Recruitment Consultant to Senior Consultant and then to Managing Consultant. All levels of experience in the recruitment field will be of interest. Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:
- Proactively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for our client's job requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements of the Recruitment Consultant:
- Recruitment Consultant background or solid career in sales within any industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding targets.
