One of the leading manufacturers in the Service Industry has an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Engineer to join the business. This is an incredible opportunity for you to contribute towards the growth of their safety systems within the UK. It is a newly created opportunity and offers a desirable salary package which is circa to £60k to £65k+ Car Allowance of £650 per month or Company Car VW/Audi), Uncapped commission structure, Company Pension Scheme, private Medical Cover and much more. The location of the Sales Engineer will ideally be Midlands based. Most of the current OEM’s/Key Accounts are based across the Midlands, but UK wide travel will be required. This opportunity will predominantly be working in the West Midlands within the Automotive sector. The product range is linked to Safety Systems, but technically we require a Sales Engineer or Applications Engineer who has worked within either Safety Systems, Automation or Robotic Systems. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the leading names in the Automotive industry and the post will enable you to develop meaningful relationships with both integrators and line builders to help them identify opportunities which will increase quality project related enquiries and profitability. Key requirements for the Sales Engineer: A technical engineer who has progressed their career into sales or applications. HND or above in an engineering discipline Technical engineering background would either be Safety Systems, Automation or Robotics Understanding of controls systems would also be advantageous.
