A growing design-led business based in Leicestershire is looking to recruit a Development Designer to support the creation of planograms and retail display solutions within a fast-paced POS environment. As a Development Designer, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating planogram-style layouts and interpreting briefs accurately.
- Adding detailed information to designs while following guidelines and client requirements.
- Modelling and inserting products of different shapes and sizes.
- Working to tight deadlines and reporting risks promptly.
- Collaborating with Planning, Workshop, Prototype and Pre-Production teams.
- Participating in internal and client meetings.
- Receiving ongoing training and coaching to support your development.
