This field-based role is perfect for someone who loves great coffee as much as they enjoy solving technical challenges, offering up to £38k, Monday-Friday schedule without a weekend rota, 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a Tesla company vehicle, Door to Door pay, and the chance to work with innovative, design-led coffee systems.
You'll be responsible for repairs, installations, maintenance, customer training, documentation, and delivering exceptional service while representing a modern, dynamic business that prides itself on quality, innovation, and a supportive team culture.
Key responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair a range of premium coffee systems, delivering expert fault-finding, maintenance, and on-site repairs to minimise downtime and keep customers delighted.
- Carry out precise installations and thorough site surveys, ensuring every setup is completed to the highest standard.
- Manage filter changes efficiently, keeping machines performing at their best and preventing avoidable issues.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets equipment specifications and supports consistent coffee quality - aiming for first-time fixes wherever possible.
- Customer Communication: Keep customers informed throughout the service process and collaborate closely with your line manager for daily updates.
- A minimum of two years' hands-on experience working with bean-to-cup coffee machines, including installation, servicing, and maintenance.
- A solid electrical and mechanical skill set, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues confidently.
- A full UK driving licence, essential for this field-based role.
- Basic salary between £33,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday schedule with no Weekend Rota.
