For Companies An expanding industrial door supplier is seeking a Roller Shutter Door Engineer to join their team in the North West London and Essex areas. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing roller shutters and other industrial doors. Christmas bonus is offered, Christmas shutdown, premium overtime rates, and a racked company van, with travel paid from home to site. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, supportive business with excellent long–term prospects.
Qualifications
- Practical experience with steel roller shutters, pulley guided shutters, shutter boxes, or steel security doors.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience recommending further works to be carried out on the premises.
- Roller Shutter installation servicing experience.
- Electrical, welding or hydraulics experience.
Benefits & Pay
- Basic hourly rate of ÂŁ19 per hour working 40 hours per week
- 7:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday, x1.5 outside these hours
- 1 in 5 call‑out rota
- Christmas bonus usually around ÂŁ1,000
- Christmas/New year shutdown
- Fully racked company van
- D2D paid
- Working with some large supermarket chains
- Laptop + Phone
- Ongoing training and support from other experienced Roller shutter Door Engineers.
