A leading European-wide manufacturer of loading bays, dock levellers, and industrial access solutions is seeking a skilled Industrial Door Engineer to join their expanding service team, covering the Reditich, Kidderminster and Worcester areas.

Role Overview:
As an Industrial Door Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of industrial doors, loading bay systems, and associated equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and fully operational for our clients across logistics, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair industrial doors, dock levellers, and loading bay systems.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, carrying out repairs to minimise downtime.

Provide both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service support.

Attend emergency call-outs on a rota basis (1 week in 5).

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety standards.

Maintain clear and accurate job records and documentation using company systems.

Deliver excellent customer service, representing the company in a professional manner.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as an Industrial Door Engineer or in a similar field (loading bays, dock levellers, shutters, or access systems).

Full UK driving licence.
