They are looking for someone based in the Stoke on Trent Region. The role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £38k, with additional bonus, a company car with personal usage, full door to door payments, 33 days holiday and much more. You’ll also have the chance to work with some of the most recognisable high‑street chains, carrying out servicing and repairs on a range of commercial coffee machines. Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and set up coffee equipment to the highest standards to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across a wide range of coffee equipment to maintain reliability and performance.
- Respond to reactive breakdowns and complete repairs with a strong focus on achieving first‑time fixes.
- Perform electrical safety checks, including safe isolation, in line with company procedures and safety regulations.
- Provide operator training to customers on correct usage and cleaning procedures to improve equipment longevity and user confidence.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience as a Coffee Field Service Engineer, ideally with a background repairing coffee or vending machines; applications from other electrical and mechanical industries such as catering equipment, white goods and gaming will also be considered.
- Strong electrical and mechanical background.
- Familiarity with brands like Cimbali, WMF, Coffetek, and Evoca is a plus.
- Problem‑solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
