Manage maintenance, breakdown, and repair activities within a busy service operation. Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Conduct technical surveys, audits, and risk assessments. Support operational performance and service delivery targets. Help drive the ongoing growth and development of the service department. About You Proven experience within the lift industry, ideally with a strong maintenance and repair background. Excellent communication and organisational skills. The ability to motivate and manage engineering teams effectively. A customer-focused approach with strong technical knowledge. Full UK Driving Licence. Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
