We are in a state of constant growth and are looking to hire a Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.
As a Contract Recruitment Consultant, you will take charge of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top-tier talent to negotiating job offers. Cultivating meaningful relationships with both clients and candidates, showcasing your expertise as a trusted advisor. We offer full training, in-house, outsourced and on the job coaching to help you become the best version of yourself.
Responsibilities of the Contract Recruitment Consultant will include:
- Proactively sourcing and attracting candidates using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conducting comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to align them with our clients' specific job requirements.
- Fostering and sustaining robust client relationships, serving as a consultant to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Overseeing the recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to facilitating seamless onboarding.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and adopting best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant from any industry, ideally with a proven track record in a 360 role, although we would also be happy to consider someone with a strong sales background who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment.
