A fast-growing national gaming machine provider has created a new opportunity for experienced gaming machine field service engineers to join their team. They are looking for someone based in or around the Birmingham region. The position offers a comparative salary of up to £35k with an additional bonus of up to £3K p/a with door-to-door pay. You'll have a chance to work with the most recognisable pub chains and hospitality venues carrying out servicing, repair, and installations of gambling machines, pool tables, and juke boxes. The position has been created due to recent winnings of big contracts. You will receive training, an ongoing upskilling programme, and career development.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and service gaming equipment across pubs and hospitality venues.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and efficient support.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure the company is professionally represented.
  • Carry out manual handling tasks safely, following all Health & Safety requirements.
  • Travel daily to customer sites using a company vehicle.
Requirements:
  • Experience servicing gaming machines such as gambling machines, pool tables, or juke boxes.
  • Strong technical and electrical servicing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence working with the public.
  • A full UK driving licence.
Benefits:
  • Earn up to £35,000 per annum, plus opportunities for overtime.
  • On average £3,000 a year bonus.
  • Company car available for personal use.
  • 28 days annual leave, increasing each year by 1 day.
