We are seeking someone who willvalidate new supplier sign-ups/accounts andprovide support to customers who needs assistance regarding trust and safety issues.

General Responsibilities:
- Investigating suppliers and bookings using the information provided by the customer
- Analyzing information and making conclusions in an efficient manner about the legitimacy of the supplier/booking
- Make justifiable decisions in regard to evidence found and relate this to how we can proceed with new customers
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in a research environment is advantageous
- Must be confident in using a computer
- Prior experience with Trust & Safety, Fraud, Risk, or related experience is preferred
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office Software within a Customer Service role isdesirable
