We’re looking for confident, people-focused Spectator Safety Stewards to join our matchday team at Bloomfield Road, Blackpool.
This is live, upcoming work, so we’re specifically looking for applicants who available to start immediately.
The Role
As a Spectator Safety Steward, you’re not just “on shift” – you’re part of the matchday magic.
From roaring crowds to headline events, you’ll be right at the heart of it, helping to create a safe, welcoming and unforgettable experience for everyone in attendance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to spectators
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout events
- Supporting safe entry, exit and movement around the stadium
- Monitoring crowd behaviour and reporting concerns
- Responding to incidents and following stadium safety procedures
- Working closely with your team to maintain a safe environment
What We’re Looking For
You must:
- Live close, Blackpool, Preston and surrounding areas.
- Be friendly, approachable and confident with the public
- Be reliable, punctual and a strong team player
- Be available for evenings, weekends and event days
