About the Door Supervisor Role

As a Door Supervisor during the World Cup period, you’ll help venues create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers watching live matches. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Managing venue entrances and customer flow
  • Supporting busy matchday crowds
  • Working with venue teams during peak trading periods
  • Monitoring beer gardens, bar areas and event spaces
  • Checking IDs and supporting venue policies
  • Helping prevent issues before they erupt
  • Responding calmly and professionally to incidents
  • Completing reports where required

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Professional, confident and customer-focused approach
  • Experience in hospitality, nightlife, events or security
  • Reliability and strong teamwork
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and matchday shifts
  • Ability to pass BS7858 security vetting
