As a Door Supervisor in Prestatyn, you’re not “just on the door”. You’re the face of safety, the first point of contact, and a key part of creating a great experience for customers.
Responsibilities- Maintain a visible and approachable presence at the venue entrance and throughout the premises
- Engage positively with customers while supporting venue staff
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct that reflects both the venue and Professional Security brand
- Work closely with venue management to ensure smooth operations during busy trading periods
- Identify and address potential issues early to prevent escalation
- Enforce venue policies including age verification, dress codes, and intoxication policies
- Manage incidents calmly and professionally while prioritising customer safety
- Complete incident reports and documentation when required
- Support emergency procedures and assist with safe venue evacuations if necessary
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Ability to pass BS7858 security vetting
- Previous experience in security, hospitality, or crowd management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Calm, confident, and professional attitude
- Strong teamwork and reliability
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and late-night shifts
