About the Door Supervisor Role: As a Door Supervisor during the World Cup period, you’ll help venues create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers watching live matches. Your responsibilities may include:
- Managing venue entrances and customer flow
- Supporting busy matchday crowds
- Working with venue teams during peak trading periods
- Monitoring beer gardens, bar areas and event spaces
- Checking IDs and supporting venue policies
- Helping prevent issues before they elevate

- Completing reports where required

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
