What you’ll do
- Guide and mentor a team of developers to achieve high-quality software deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure that design specifications are effectively implemented.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that the team meets deadlines.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the development team.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role, managing software development teams.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Experience in developing mobile applications.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
