Project Manager Professional Role Players (PRP) are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and solutions-focused Project Manager to join our operations team. PRP is the UK’s leading provider of professional role players, with over 28 years of experience supporting healthcare education, examinations, and training across the UK and internationally. We deliver large-scale, high-stakes projects for medical schools, Royal Colleges, NHS organisations, and regulatory bodies through both face-to-face delivery and on our digital platform, Osler Online. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys managing complexity and is confident overseeing both projects and people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client-facing projects, managing designated accounts, and working closely with a small team to ensure consistently high standards of delivery. This role offers a hybrid working structure, combining office-based collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of client projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and quality standards are met.
  • Manage designated client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, role players and staff, ensuring strong and trusted working relationships.
  • Supervise and support Assistant Project Managers and administrative staff.
  • Oversee the operational delivery of live projects, responding swiftly to changes and challenges.
  • Book, recruit and coordinate freelance role players using PRP’s systems, ensuring appropriate selection aligned with client requirements and supporting role player training, development and performance quality.
  • Identify and manage operational risks, implementing mitigation strategies where required.
  • Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and documentation.
  • Gather and review client feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and account development.
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal workflows, systems, and delivery processes.

  • Experienced in client-facing, project management, operations, or service delivery roles.
