Plant Maintenance workers are required by one of the UK's leading Horticulture and Grounds maintenance specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining plants, dead heading, etc.
- Working off a ladder.
- Ground maintenance duties including grass/lawn cutting, edging, strimming, hedge cutting and pruning.
- Litter picking and weed control.
- Using mowers and powered tools.
These are permanent roles available after a successful probation period of 13 to 15 weeks and our client is looking for workers who want long perm or permanent work. The hours are 5am to 1.30pm.
A driver’s licence is essential - you will need to meet the colleague daily in Windlesham. Experience is not necessary; full training will be provided if needed. However, a strong work ethic is required, and you must be fit enough to carry hanging baskets and other plant materials up and down ladders all day.
The pay rate is up to £15.12 per hour.
