Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full commercial lifecycle of projects
  • Review and negotiate subcontract terms and documentation
  • Prepare and agree variations, valuations, and final accounts
  • Monitor project costs, margins, and cashflow forecasts
  • Provide commercial and contractual guidance to internal teams and clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
  • Attend project sites across the UK as required
About You
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction
  • Experience in structural steel or related sectors is advantageous
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Relevant qualification (HND/Degree) preferred
  • Professional membership (e.g. RICS) is beneficial
