You will take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of multiple projects, ensuring financial performance is maximised while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities- Manage the full commercial lifecycle of projects
- Review and negotiate subcontract terms and documentation
- Prepare and agree variations, valuations, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs, margins, and cashflow forecasts
- Provide commercial and contractual guidance to internal teams and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
- Attend project sites across the UK as required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction
- Experience in structural steel or related sectors is advantageous
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Relevant qualification (HND/Degree) preferred
- Professional membership (e.g. RICS) is beneficial
