We're recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading Social Housing Maintenance contractor in the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a busy, high-performing contract-leading teams, driving service delivery, and making a real impact throughout the North West.

The Role

  • Lead delivery of a customer-focused repairs and maintenance service
  • Manage in-house teams and subcontractors
  • Drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all operational and CDM regulations

About You

  • Proven experience in repairs & maintenance (social housing or FM preferred)
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational ability
  • Experience managing performance and KPIs
  • Knowledge of CDM / Principal Contractor responsibilities
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS Card
  • HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent
