Whether you want to build a new client base or take an existing coaching business to the next level, this opportunity combines the independence of self-employment with the benefits of operating in a busy and established golf facility.
The opportunity
- Operate and develop your own independent coaching business from within Launch Golf Academy.
- Deliver high-quality one-to-one coaching to golfers of all ages and abilities.
- Build your own client base and develop long-term relationships through structured coaching programmes.
- Deliver and contribute to beginner, junior and specialist group coaching programmes.
- Benefit from the customer footfall generated by a busy and established golf facility.
- Contribute ideas and play an active part in the continued development of Launch Golf Academy.

- Booking administration managed by the Golf Reception team.

About you
We are interested in hearing from PGA Members at different stages of their coaching career.
You may already have an established client base and be looking for the right environment in which to grow, or you may be an ambitious coach looking for the opportunity and support to build your business.

- Delivers excellent customer service and engaging coaching experiences.
- Is proactive, commercially minded and motivated to grow their own coaching business.
- Takes ownership of developing and maintaining their client base.
- Enjoys working collaboratively while retaining responsibility for their own business.
- Is committed to continuous learning and professional development.
