We are looking for an experienced Invoice Validation Specialist from the energy industry to lead and develop our invoice validation functions across complex multi-site portfolios. This is a senior role responsible for historical invoice validation, revenue recovery, and managing a team of validation analysts, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and commercial value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end invoice validation across electricity, gas & water portfolios
- Deliver historical invoice audits and revenue recovery projects
- Manage and develop a small team of invoice validation specialists
- Identify billing discrepancies, recover costs, and improve processes
- Work closely with trading, procurement, bureau, and client teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in energy invoice validation / bureau services
