The Role:
- Overseeing internal finishes
- Carrying out QA inspections and sign-offs
- Managing snagging and quality control processes
- Completing manual inspections and updating electronic reporting systems
- Coordinating subcontractors on site
- Reporting into the Project Manager & Senior Site Manager
- Ensuring work is delivered to programme and quality standards
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager (or Site Manager on smaller schemes)
- Strong background in internal finishes
- Experience working on concrete frame projects
- Confident with QA processes and electronic reporting systems
- Highly organised and methodical
- Able to manage subcontractors effectively
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
