This role is suited to an Assistant Site Manager who has experience working within a residential housebuilder or developer environment and is comfortable operating on fast-paced, multi-plot sites. Strong timber frame experience is essential.

The role will involve supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy residential development, coordinating subcontractors and trades, and ensuring plots are delivered in line with programme and quality expectations. You will be involved with timber frame construction, monitoring build quality, assisting with inspections and snagging, and helping to ensure plots are completed to NHBC standards. Maintaining health and safety compliance and accurate site documentation will also form part of the role.

Applicants must have proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new-build residential housing developments and be familiar with working on high-volume sites. A background with a volume housebuilder or residential developer is required. Candidates must hold valid and current CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work certificates.

This position will suit someone with a stable, residential-focused career background who is looking for a permanent opportunity within a structured developer environment.
