About Us:
We are a leading construction recruitment agency, working with top contractors and subcontractors across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven Resourcer to join our dynamic team and help us connect skilled construction professionals with exciting opportunities.

The Role:
As a Resourcer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
Screening and qualifying candidates over the phone and in person
Building relationships with candidates to understand their skills and job preferences
Managing the recruitment database, keeping records accurate and up to date
Writing and posting job adverts to attract the best talent
Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
Providing excellent candidate experience from initial contact to placement

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or administration (preferred but not essential)
A strong communicator with great people skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office & recruitment databases
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
