A leading high-volume residential developer is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of multi-plot housing developments. This role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong background in housebuilding, timber frame, and traditional build methods, looking to join an established developer with a consistent pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day on-site operations for large-scale residential developments
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors, and trades to maintain productivity and quality
