Site Manager / Project Manager required for upcoming Passivhaus Project in Central London.
Have you previously managed a Passivhaus Project? Do you have past experience of delivering buildings with ultra-low energy consumption and excellent indoor air quality?
This project is the conversion / refurb of existing buildings in Central London to student accommodation that will be Passivhaus certified. In total this project will be circa £15mil, but split into four manageable phases.
Looking for either No.1 Site Manager / Project Manager or a strong No.2 Site Manager who have previous Passivhaus experience. This is a permanent position and applicants must be able to demonstrate previous Passivhaus experience.
Applicants will need up to date certification, SMSTS, First Aid and Black CSCS.
