This role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong background in housebuilding, timber frame, and traditional build methods, looking to join an established developer with a consistent pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day on-site operations for large-scale residential developments
- Oversee timber frame and traditional build phases
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and trades to maintain productivity and quality
- Drive project timelines and ensure build programmes are met
- Maintain strict health & safety compliance across the site
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure NHBC standards are met
