Demolition Supervisor – Immediate Start

PCR are seeking an experienced Demolition Supervisor to start Wednesday 21st January on a project involving the demolition of two buildings.

The works will be delivered in two phases:

• Phase 1: 4 weeks
• Phase 2: 6 weeks

The contract duration is 10 weeks, with a strong possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities

• Supervise demolition works on site ensuring safe and efficient delivery
• Manage operatives and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
• Coordinate works in line with programme and method statements
• Liaise with site management and client representatives
• Maintain site records and daily reports

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

• Proven experience as a Demolition Supervisor
• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS
• CCDO / CCDO Demolition Card (Supervisor level)
• Strong knowledge of demolition sequencing and safety controls
• Ability to start immediately
