Join our Award Winning Team - We are seeking outstanding individuals to deliver Care in the Community throughout Wirral. Supporting with personal care, nutritional support, social care, welfare checks and medication administration to individuals based within their own homes. Working unsupervised, alone or as a pair. Supported by a team of supervisors and a 24/7 on-call team. Shifts available include Community days 7am - 2pm, lates 4pm - 10pm, and night shifts 9pm - 6am.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care in the community across Wirral, including personal care, nutritional support, social care, welfare checks and medication administration to individuals in their own homes.
- Work unsupervised, alone or as part of a pair.
- Operate with support from a team of supervisors and a 24/7 on-call team.
- Shift patterns include: Community days 7am – 2pm, lates 4pm – 10pm, and night shifts 9pm – 6am.
Qualifications
- Desirable: 6 months caring experience.
- Driving licence or be prepared to walk to appointments.
