We are seeking outstanding individuals to deliver Care in the Community throughout Wirral. Following a period of planned growth, we are continually recruiting across the borough for the following roles:

  • Community Based Carers [Days / Lates]
  • Community Based Nights attached to our Mobile Nights Team

The Role: Supporting with personal care, nutritional support, social care, welfare checks and medication administration to individuals based within their own homes. Working unsupervised, alone or as a pair. Supported by a team of supervisors and a 24/7 on call team. Shifts available include Community days 7am - 2pm, lates 4pm - 10pm, Night Shifts 9pm - 6am.

Essential Criteria:

  • Reliable, committed and a good team player.
  • A good communicator who possesses a passion for helping others.
  • Driving licence [or be prepared to walk to appointments].
