Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse operation supporting over 30 production lines and the global distribution of our products. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining efficient material flow, developing high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement within a demanding manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Management Oversee daily warehouse activities including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and packaging to support continuous production across multiple lines. Manage outbound logistics to achieve on-time customer deliveries. Optimise warehouse layout, storage capacity, and operational workflows. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation, and stock accessibility. Inventory Control
