Role Overview: We are looking for a New Product Development Executive to join our team at the centre of our dynamic organisation. In this role, you will work closely with the other members of the NPD team as well as our chemists, manufacturers, marketing, and operations departments. The primary function of this role will be to work on developing new products from concept to launch alongside continuously improving existing products that we manufacture. This position provides tremendous opportunities for the right candidate who will join an energetic team working at a rapid pace. The role would suit an enthusiastic and resourceful candidate who is self-motivated and committed to delivering new & innovative products to market.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience working in a similar or related New Product Development or product-based role.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively managing the development of new products for assigned projects
  • Prioritising and responding to customer demands
  • Sourcing new product ideas to support our customers and brands
  • Managing the testing and reporting of new and existing formulas
  • Creating comprehensive product, packaging, and labelling briefs
  • Effectively communicating project objectives with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrating strong negotiation skills & own responsibility for product costing
  • Maintaining a rolling project list with accurate and detailed progress
