Based in Wimbledon Village, South West London, we deliver market‑leading exhibitions, awards and commercial opportunities that connect brands with professional audiences across our sectors.
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Marketing Executive to manage and deliver the marketing campaigns for our flagship aesthetic medicine exhibition, awards and associated commercial opportunities. This is a hands‑on role responsible for planning, executing and optimising multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive visitor registrations, awards entries, exhibitor visibility and audience growth. You will play a key role throughout the full event lifecycle, from campaign launch through to onsite delivery and post‑event re‑engagement. Working closely with sales, content and operations teams, you will ensure marketing activity supports commercial objectives while delivering an excellent experience for visitors, exhibitors and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Exhibition & awards marketing
- Own and implement the end‑to‑end marketing plan for the aesthetic medicine exhibition, awards and related commercial campaigns.
- Drive visitor registrations, delegate conversions and audience growth through targeted, data‑led campaigns.
- Support exhibitor, sponsor and awards sales through aligned marketing activity and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure campaign schedules support stand sales, sponsorship launches and awards deadlines.
- Digital & performance marketing
- Co‑develop and deliver a digital marketing strategy across email, paid media, social, web and content marketing.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns with clear KPIs including CPA, CPR, CPV and conversion rates.
- Grow and segment the Aesthetic Medicine database to improve engagement and campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using insight to optimise future activity.
- Content & website management
- Manage and update the event website, ensuring exhibitor listings, speaker programmes, awards information and commercial opportunities are accurate and timely.
- Produce digital and print marketing materials, including copywriting, briefing designers and liaising with printers.
- Create and schedule pre‑event, live event and post‑event content to support marketing and sales objectives.
- Liaise with exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, judges and key industry figures to maximise promotional opportunities and campaign reach.
- Encourage cross‑promotion and content collaboration to amplify marketing activity.
- Support the onsite visitor marketing experience, including signage, printed materials, schedules and registration communications.
- Capture and coordinate onsite content (photography, video, testimonials) for use in post‑event marketing and future campaigns.
- Evaluate event performance post‑show, including visitor metrics, engagement data and campaign ROI.
About You
You will have 2–3+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within exhibitions, conferences, awards or live B2B events. You are a creative yet analytical marketer who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. You are commercially aware, confident managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and comfortable working towards immovable event deadlines. You bring a proactive, hands‑on approach and enjoy being closely involved in live event delivery.
You will have:
- Strong digital marketing experience, including email, paid media and content marketing.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience working with large databases and CRM systems.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Experience marketing B2B exhibitions, conferences or awards.
- Familiarity with the aesthetic, medical, beauty or healthcare sectors.
- Experience working on visitor acquisition and ticketing campaigns.
