Are you a creative professional with a passion for developing engaging, high-quality digital learning experiences? Professional Academy is seeking a talented Content Developer to join our Learning Design and Development team. You’ll play a key role in designing and producing digital learning content for our expanding range of professional qualifications, apprenticeships, and bespoke corporate training programmes in sales, marketing, leadership, and management.
The Role
As a home-based Content Developer, you’ll work collaboratively with our instructional designers, subject matter experts, and marketing team to transform ideas into rich multimedia learning experiences that inspire learners and support professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
- Create visually engaging assets — graphics, animations, and infographics — using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Plan, script, and produce video content including tutor-led sessions, explainer videos, and learner interviews.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to structure content that aligns with learning outcomes and accreditation standards.
- Maintain and update digital content libraries ensuring brand, accessibility, and quality consistency.
- Continuously innovate to enhance learner engagement and experience across all delivery formats.
About You
We’re looking for someone who blends creativity, technical ability, and an understanding of adult learning. You will have:
- Proven experience in digital learning development, multimedia design, or educational content creation.
- Strong skills in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in video production — including storyboarding, filming, and editing.
- Excellent written English and attention to detail.
- A proactive, organised approach and ability to manage multiple projects to deadline.
- A passion for innovation in digital learning and visual communication.
