The project is a new site near Christchurch, Cambridgeshire, which consists of 33 timber frame houses. Duties: Oversee the allocation of the required workforce, equipment, and resources to ensure that the project is completed on schedule, meet specifications, and stay within budget. Work with internal staff to ensure timely ordering of appropriate materials and subcontracted services to meet project deadlines. Liaise with the housing association. Promote effective leadership and management. Achieve full compliance with the warranty provider. Maintain high levels of health and safety. Requirements: Background in new build housing site management including timber frame. Salary: It’s a permanent position with a negotiable basic salary and package
