Position: Site Manager (no2)\\nReporting to: Project Manager\\nLocation: Liverpool\\nCompany: Main Contractor\\nBuild Type: Cladding remediation\\nDuration: 60 weeks\\nType: Permanent\\nWe're currently recruiting a Site Manager (no2) to join our client, a medium-sized main contractor.\\nThe project is a new site starting in Liverpool, which consists of a 60-week cladding redmediation.\\nThe company is expanding and has a future pipeline of work in Liverpool & Manchester.\\nThe successful candidate will have cladding remediation experience.\\nDuties\\n * Set clear team goals and manage the team effectively.\\n * Lead by example, upholding high standards in safety & quality.\\n * Conduct regular site meetings.\\n * Record and report delays, ensuring timely issue resolution.\\n * Build strong relationships with the supply chain.\\n * Monitor contract programmes.\\n * Plan resources.\\n * Maintain up-to-date project records.\\n * Set and enforce high safety and environmental standards
