Position: BIM Coordinator (Revit) Location: Primarily remote, with occasional site visits Company: Security Systems Specialist Employment Type: Permanent Sectors: Data Centre Security: CCTV, Access Control Panels etc. We’re supporting a successful and long-established security systems specialist in their search for a BIM Coordinator. * They focus on enterprise-level security systems and mission-critical infrastructure design solutions for blue-chip clients. * A reputable and expanding company operating in the growing data centre industry. * They genuinely value their staff, offering flexible hours, a supportive culture, and future progression opportunity. * This position is primarily remote with some site visits (initially London, with accommodation and expenses paid if required). Candidate Requirements: * Residing in the UK * Holds a degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a Design related discipline. * Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, Revit Technician or similar role, particularly in the security systems or M&E sectors (electrical bias). * Strong proficiency in Revit and related tools, including Navisworks; experienced in clash detection processes. * Revit-based modelling experience. * Track record of leading the development, review, and implementation of BIM. * Execution Plans Oversees quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes for assigned projects. * Strong organisational and communication capabilities. * Capable of handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion. * Self-driven with the ability to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities. * Effective both independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Proactive and solutions-oriented in daily tasks. * Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external project teams. * Adept at fostering strong professional relationships across all organisational levels.
