Assistant Site Manager

Project Locations: Nationwide Company: Main Contractor Employment Type: Permanent Build Type: Refurbishment Sector: Fast Track Profession Partners is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established main contractor. The successful candidate will initially support one of their experienced Site Managers, with a clear pathway to progress into a Site Manager role. Projects are fast-track commercial refurbishments with values of up to £2–3m. This position is ideal for someone early in their career, with less than 2–3 years’ experience and a strong ambition to progress into site management within the next few years. Salary: £30k–£40k + expenses Requirements * Construction site experience with a main contractor or developer * Ability to work 5 days per week (day-release candidates cannot be considered) * Willingness to travel long distances and stay away from home when required, with accommodation provided * A strong desire to learn, develop, and progress your career
