Profession Partners is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established main contractor.

The successful candidate will initially support one of their experienced Site Managers, with a clear pathway to progress into a Site Manager role.

Projects are fast-track commercial refurbishments with values of up to £2–3m.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career, with less than 2–3 years’ experience and a strong ambition to progress into site management within the next few years.

Salary: £30k–£40k + expenses

Construction site experience with a main contractor or developer

xiskglj Ability to work 5 days per week (day-release candidates cannot be considered)

Willingness to travel long distances and stay away from home when required, with accommodation provided
