An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Analyst working for our client with offices based in the north west, offering HYBRID working combining technical depth and practical application and client value. Applicants are required to be within easy travel of the Manchester office. The requirement will be to work in the office one day per week minimum.

The role will support their ambition to become the leading workplace wellbeing consultancy brand in the UK. This role sits at the heart of our client's mission to help organisations understand and act on the factors influencing wellbeing at work.

As a Data Analyst, you’ll support clients in making sense of their data and identifying what has the greatest impact at an organisational, leader and employee levels. You will take ownership of our normative dataset, benchmarks and insight reporting. The role plays a key part in ongoing product development and offers opportunities for thought leadership to position our client as a leader in the workplace wellbeing space.

Working closely with colleagues in Business Psychology, Marketing and Business Development, you’ll conduct end-to-end data analysis across our client projects and internal data infrastructure. You will maintain and develop our benchmark datasets, contribute to client-facing deliverables, and explore automation and predictive methods to enhance our insight capabilities.

Key Requirements & Experience for Data Analyst:

  • Demonstrable experience in data analysis within a consulting or service-led environment
  • Experience working with clients ranging from SMEs to large multinationals, across private and public sectors
  • Skilled in Python for data analysis
  • Experience with Jira for product and technical tracking
  • Experience working in Azure/cloud environments
  • Strong data visualisation and dashboarding skills
  • Able to prepare and deliver client-facing reports, insight packs and strategic recommendations
  • Comfortable conducting various types of analysis including impact (driver) and regression analysis
  • A professional qualification in relevant field, or equivalent professional experience required.

This position reports to the Head of Operations and offers 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday. 25 days annual leave + public holidays. Employer pension scheme.
